Shipping can take from 7 to 10 business days for domestic orders depending on your location. Overnight and next day shipping is also available(see shipping page for additional rates). Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped that day(excludes holidays and weekends). You are responsible for shipping cost on returned or warranty items unless we shipped you a wrong item. Any warranty issues for manufacturer defects must be accompanied with a copy of a receipt and will only be processed at the discretion of our warranty manager.

The only information we collect is the information given when an order is placed. At no time will we sell or share that information with any other company. The information obtained from registration on-line is used to save you time in the future, receive occasional e-mails, and receive an annual mail order catalog. E-mails we send will provide you with information regarding the products you purchased as well as upcoming sales. You can opt out of e-mails at any time.
You have up to 30 days from invoice date or shipment date to return merchandise. All items must be unused and resell able. You may receive a refund, replacement or online store credit. If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged, we will gladly issue a call tag or refund your prepaid return shipping charge. Otherwise, all returns must be returned pre-paid. Any item bought on sale is not returnable under any circumstance. Before buying items please read our policies below on returns. CLOTHING: -All items must be unused and include the original packaging -Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell -If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean -Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged. BOOTS: -Shoes/boots must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging (The Blend recommendation: try your new boots on inside on the carpet - this will help keep your new boots clean and returnable) -If you plan to return your boots do not wear them -Boot boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return to The Blend (Keeping the manufacturer packaging in good form.) -Once boots have been ridden in they cannot be returned or exchanged. SNOWBOARDS AND EQUIPMENT: -All snowboards cannot be tuned or waxed -Once snowboard equipment has been ridden, it cannot be returned or refunded.
